Price the whole shot
Add generation, retries, higher resolution, longer duration, audio, lip sync, editing, extension, and upscaling. A low per-generation price can hide a high approval cost.
Track usable seconds
For video, divide total credits by seconds that survive review. For images, track approved assets rather than raw generations.
